RJQ Spheroidizing furnace

The furnace is a new product developed by our company and is also the first of this kind in China, whose technology is based on the similar technology and products of Japan and Taiwan as well as on the consideration of high-quality special products produced by small and medium enterprises producing hardware products and special steel. Carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel and ball bearing steel after spheroidizing annealing treatment by the furnace has no oxidation or de-carbonization, and the spheroidized structure is uniform, with significant improvement on cold plastic deformation (such as stamping, cold heading, etc.), so that the mechanical properties of steel after heat treatment can fully meet the deep processing requirements.
